Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a big-box and/or high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ Team Members and manage $5M+ in annual revenue or budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals while delivering a customer-focused experience.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to enable internal career growth at At Home.
• Support staffing to labor model, scheduling, and payroll accuracy while managing expenses.
• Plan and oversee merchandising, transitions, resets, and maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Lead customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrinkage, safety, and loss prevention.
