Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising to support the Store Manager in leading merchandising, store conditioning, and team functions within a large-format At Home store. This role drives store performance by executing merchandising strategies that maximize sales, ensure in-stock conditions, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and Team Members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a big-box or high-volume retail setting.
• Experience leading 20+ team members and managing $5M+ annual revenue.
• Knowledge of freight, inventory, stocking, and merchandising processes.
• Strong integrity, reliability and business ethics.
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling/HRIS tools.

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profits, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach and develop teams; support internal career growth.
• Plan and oversee merchandising, transitions, and store visuals.
