Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to manage in-store inventory, stock merchandise, and support online orders, including curbside and delivery services where needed.

You will assist customers, build product knowledge, and participate in wine, beer, and spirits training while maintaining store safety and compliance. On-site hours include evenings and weekends as business requires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following policies.
