Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations, maximize product inventory, and assist with online orders and curbside pickup. The role includes stocking, displays, signage, and partnering with store management to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Internally referred to as Merchandiser, you will participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, learn promotions, and follow safety policies while ensuring compliant store operations and accurate inventory handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, process freight, and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and manage inventory.
• Fulfill online orders and support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Assist with in-store sales and customer service as needed.
• Greet customers and educate them about products and services.
