Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, assist with curbside and in-store orders, and deliver a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience. You will stock products, build displays, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. The role emphasizes compliance with alcohol laws, safe handling of inventory, and cross-functional teamwork with store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock; build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers and provide product recommendations.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance related to alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required; perform other duties as assigned.
