Job summary

Total Wine & More in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders. You will greet customers, build relationships, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup or delivery where required.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred, and all duties align with store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise, including processing freight and building displays.
• Greet customers, provide friendly service, and inform about products and services.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup/delivery as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Support cross-functional duties and company policies as directed.
