Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members for the Brentwood area to deliver excellent customer service, maximize inventory, and support online orders. You will be called a Merchandiser and report to store management, handling stocking, displays, signage, curbside and delivery tasks when assigned.

Roles can be part-time or full-time, with duties across merchandising, sales, front-end, and other tasks. Pay ranges between $13.25 and $18.55 per hour, and benefits include PTO, health plans,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by traffic and safety laws.
