Total Wine & More in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Store Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support online orders including curbside pickup and delivery when assigned. You will greet customers and share product knowledge to create a personalized shopping experience.

Requirements include 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support online orders.
• Assist in in-store, curbside pickup and delivery services when assigned.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow laws on alcohol sales.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
