Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders. You will engage customers, build relationships, and promote products while following safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include merchandising, display setup, and assisting with in-store and curbside services. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are a plus; evening and weekend availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and manage inventory, including loading and stocking.
• Assist with online orders, curbside pickup and delivery where applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product knowledge.
• Adhere to safety and alcohol sale regulations and maintain a clean store environment.
