Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. Under supervision of the Market Sales Manager, daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead is expected to ensure timely communication and optimal account execution.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and products.
• Execute tasks, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
