Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the product offering.
  • Maintain team accountability to the GTM calendar and support creation and collection of necessary inputs and deliverables at each milestone meeting.
  • Partner with the manager to understand consumer target needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Aggregate volume projections, cost targets, and margin expectations to build value for consumers and the business.
  • Create and update visual product line plans, providing timely information to cross-functional partners.
  • Provide overviews of needs, tasks, and deliverables for each GTM milestone to relevant teams.
  • Develop tools to communicate style concepts and innovation narratives, coordinating photoshoots and consumer insights.
  • Attend meetings with Merchandising and Design teams to ensure alignment on product development and seasonal direction.
  • Communicate assortment and product changes proactively, updating communication tools and project management resources.
  • Develop product concepts and refine seasonal strategies in partnership with the manager.
  • Maintain product sample lines, confirming receipt and coordinating sample needs with sales and marketing.
  • Create and update master line sheets, monitoring progression and addressing potential delays.
  • Manage development requests and ticketing processes for style information and technical packages.
  • Maintain digital libraries of tickets, style numbers, hierarchy, pricing, and other relevant data.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external partners to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate sample line/shot lists for brand resources, digital assets, and shoots.
  • Participate in seasonal product line reviews and present findings when required.
