Walmart is seeking a Member Service Associate at Sam's Club in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves providing exceptional member service, supervising staff, and managing inventory. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards. Ensures merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, and manages product displays and inventory.
Monitors product quality, oversees order picking and staging, and develops processes to meet business needs. Promotes compliance with policies and supports team coordination and execution of work.
At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with additional premiums possible based on circumstances.
Must be 18 or older, with 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
