Qualifications

• Experience with sample coordination or inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and follow-up with Merchandising teams.
• Ability to work across multiple systems to assemble fact sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
• Organize samples and maintain accurate receiving and tracking records.
• Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding sample arrivals, delays, and status updates.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brand MAs.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems and ensure information is organized and accurate.
• Provide support to the broader Merchandising team on additional projects and activities as needed.
