Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Recovery Associate to help maintain the store’s presentation and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and accessible. You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet guests, and support across departments as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, training participation, and using standard office equipment while contributing to a positive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and ability to greet customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable using computers and office equipment.

Responsibilities

Uphold store appearance, restock merchandise, and keep shelves clean and well-presented.
Greet customers within a ten-foot radius to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and provide high-quality service.
Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays and easy location of items.
Maintain knowledge of featured products and store locations.
Complete daily department recovery processes and maintain department cleanliness.
