Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Recovery Associate to uphold the store’s appearance and ensure accurate product returns to the floor. You will maintain stocked shelves, present a clean, inviting environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Greet customers, assist with purchases, and help manage displays. You will work in a fast-paced setting and participate in cross-training to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Uphold store appearance and merchandise presentation.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide friendly, proactive service.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Operate handheld devices and basic retail equipment as needed.
• Support other departments through cross-training and flexible tasks.
