Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Organize backroom and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding.
• Train Associates and monitor productivity and task completion.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor policies.
