Job summary

TJ Maxx, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a retail team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help process merchandise efficiently, train associates, and maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience with 6 months in a leadership role, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly and flows to the sales floor.
