Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience and keeps store clean and organized.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandising onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Maintains back stock, signage, and recovery standards.
• Promotes safety, labor laws compliance, and loss prevention goals.
• Owns other duties as assigned.
