Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring associates process efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

You will coordinate truck deliveries, tag and stock merchandise, and maintain backroom organization with a focus on safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, strong communication and detail orientation, and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.

• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Tags, hangs, codes, and organizes merchandise and backroom areas.
• Monitors productivity and assists with training and coaching.
