• Execute receiving and merchandising standards for efficient processing.

• Organize back stock and ensure correct tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and monitor productivity.
• Ensure safety, labor law compliance, and coverage of store priorities.
