Job summary

TJX Companies in Long Beach is seeking an Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service efforts across TJ Maxx stores. You will help ensure efficient processing, accurate tagging, and a clean, inviting shopping environment for customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep processing efficient.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and clearly coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
