Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic team member at TJ Maxx in Boardman, OH to support receiving and merchandising, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and a high-quality customer experience.

You will train colleagues, manage inventory, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience with some leadership exposure, and are able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for workflow.
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for replenishment.
• Uphold signage and merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, safe backroom and work areas.
• Support safety and compliance with policies.
