Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and work as a team.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience; maintain data accuracy and signage.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries to prioritize stock flow to the sales floor and replenish back stock.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processing; monitor productivity.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured and correctly coded; maintain backroom standards.
