Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and team collaboration.
• Delivers excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicates with management to keep goods flowing to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity and coaches teammates; organizes back stock for replenishment.
