Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded, and stocked.
• Support safety, labor law adherence, and store programs.
