Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Model exceptional customer service and train Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; manage backroom organization and flow of goods.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
