Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and team collaboration.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through engagement and organized store presentation.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles and safety protocols.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and replenishment flow; monitor productivity and report progress.
