Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting various store projects and maintenance needs.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexibility in shifts, strong communication, and the ability to manage signages and planograms accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
