Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks including planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while prioritizing customer service throughout the visit. You will also assist with merchandizing and fixture assembly as part of daily operations.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, are able to read, write and count, and are comfortable using basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required regardless of education.
• Preferred knowledge includes basic computer use and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform store price changes and maintain planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using the GURA framework.
