Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as part of the Field Activity Support Team in a single store, taking ownership of start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and supporting store operations.

You’ll also perform merchandising duties, maintain planograms, assist with PDQs, and help ensure safety and a productive environment while flexible shifts support

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
