Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, while maintaining signage quality and providing legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring timely planograms, price changes, and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• FAST Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
