Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will also assist with merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and maintaining signage. Strong communication and a proactive attitude help you adapt to varying shifts and support store operations and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but reading/writing/counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Support maintenance of signage and planogram integrity.
• Interact with customers and team members to provide legendary service.
• Promote a safe, productive store environment and adapt to business needs.
