Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area. OR 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead category and merchandise planning by applying data-driven financial forecasting and inventory management to optimize assortment and sales performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts, promotional plans, and feature strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that drive category growth and profitability.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial targets, and performance reports to support informed decision-making.
• Guide and mentor team members in best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Utilize digital tools and business intelligence to continuously improve planning processes and outcomes.
