Job summary

Just Play, LLC in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Planning Manager to join our Walmart Sales Team. You will lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning, optimize inventory, and drive operational excellence across the Walmart business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support, advise on product assortment and pricing, and ensure alignment with Walmart’s forecast and replenishment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Forecasting, or Inventory Management.
• Extensive experience using Walmart replenishment tools (Scintilla & Retail Link).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly reporting and analysis using Walmart POS and online sales data.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and Walmart to ensure execution of sales strategies.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, pricing, and consumer trend insights for Walmart
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support long-term account plans and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and inventory to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own item-level demand forecasts and align with Walmart forecast/replenishment.
• Work with Walmart Replenishment Managers to optimize inventory and in-stock".
