Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area with 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
• Or 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive customer behavior through search results and navigation strategies.
• Analyze customer insights and market data to recommend site changes and improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, presenting data-driven recommendations and influencing decisions.
• Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success.
• Utilize web analytics and SEO strategies to enhance site structure and content relevance.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
