• 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area; OR 7 years’ experience.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and assortment strategies aligned with objectives and trends.
• Lead and manage a high-performing merchandising team with development and oversight.
• Oversee P&L, pricing decisions, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize channel strategies and supply chain alignment.
• Drive supplier negotiations and establish terms with vendor relationships.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support private brand initiatives and product development to enhance offerings.
