Job summary

Gelmart is seeking a CPFR Manager to own Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment for a defined Walmart apparel book. This on-site role in Bentonville requires driving forecast accuracy and in-stock performance, working with Walmart Planning & Replenishment under the Director of Planning & Replenishment.

The candidate should be highly analytical, organized, and capable of leading weekly operating rhythms with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CPFR, Demand Planning or Replenishment for mass retailers.
• Experience with Walmart is strongly preferred.
• Apparel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own SKU/store-level demand forecast for Walmart intimate apparel.
• Reconcile top-down financial plans with bottom-up forecasts and defend the view.
• Improve forecast accuracy using Retail Link, NOVA, and Scintilla.
• Manage weekly replenishment health: in-stock %, weeks of supply, lost sales.
• Collaborate with Walmart Replenishment on min/max, stock, service level, and lead time.
• Build dashboards for Sales, Finance, and leadership with a single truth source.
• Drive action on aged or over-forecasted inventory with cross-functional teams.
