Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking an associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an excellent customer experience. The role involves organizing stock, training Associates, and maintaining store presentation.

Flexibility for nights and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 100 company. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in tagging and replenishment, and adherence to labor laws while supporting company-wide

Qualifications

1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work nights and weekends and lift heavy objects; train others as needed.

Responsibilities

Create a positive customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing to the floor.
Ensure items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
Maintain merchandising standards and signage; uphold safety and cleanliness.
