Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a capable team member to support receiving and merchandising operations. You will help ensure efficient processing, maintain a clean store environment, and deliver friendly, helpful customer service.

The role requires the ability to train associates and manage tasks with pace and accuracy, including lifting heavy objects when needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engages with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintains clean and organized store areas and backroom.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Cooperates with management to meet store plan priorities and deadlines.
• Monitors productivity and provides coaching as needed.
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives.
