You will train others, coordinate truck delivery, and maintain inventory flow on the sales floor with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and provides excellent customer service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and replenishment to sales floor.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with management to maintain priorities and safety.
