Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a retail team member to help execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will train Associates, organize backroom stock, and maintain safety and cleanliness, supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends may be required; prior retail and leadership experience is valued to help drive

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement with customers.
• Organize truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, inventory tagging, and code accuracy.
• Promote safety, compliance with policies, and store shrink reduction goals.
