Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and SOP adherence.
• Experience with in-stock optimization and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and ensure promotional execution across floor and systems.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; uphold Asset Protection practices.
