Responsibilities include truck processing, planogram adherence, visual standards, and adherence to SOPs, with focus on aisle replenishment and shrink reduction. Nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to manage store operations including inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Experience with planogram execution and visual standards.
• Strong workload planning and staffing alignment.
• Customer-ready store environment management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and shrink reduction.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandise flow to the floor.
• Plan workloads and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels via SISO routines.
• Execute planogram and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage.
• Oversee ship-from-store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team; support asset protection.
