Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow.
• Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, prep of merchandise displays, and presentations per merchandising concepts.
• Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
