Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Manager in the New York area to drive day‑to‑day store operations and the overall shopping experience. You’ll lead a team, optimize floor sets, pricing, and merchandising presentation while delivering WOW values to customers.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, staff development, and strong execution in a fast‑paced retail environment. This is a full‑time, in‑office position with an emphasis on results.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in an off-price/big box/multi-unit environment.
• Experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store sales performance daily using sales reports.
• Guide floor supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and merchandising presentations.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
