Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Merchandising Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations and drive a great shopping experience. You will maintain selling floor standards, manage recovery and fitting rooms, and ensure accurate pricing and signage while developing a strong team that delivers results.

You will work with store leadership to plan staffing, scheduling, and training, and coordinate with district and regional teams to implement merchandising strategies and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price or big-box formats.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams to deliver results.
• Experience with fashion apparel merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide floor supervision and receiving teams to move merchandise quickly to the floor.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and pricing to Merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee floor moves and visual presentations aligned with concepts.
• Assist Store Manager on staffing, sourcing, and training efforts.
• Ensure accurate signage, ticketing, and compliant sizing across merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and model leadership for staff and customers.
• Communicate with District and Regional managers regularly.
