Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Merchandising Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, including floor maintenance, recovery, fitting rooms, sizing, and merchandising execution. The role focuses on delivering a great shopping experience aligned with WOW values, while modeling leadership and building strong teams.

You will work with district and regional partners, guide scheduling and promotions, and ensure accurate pricing, ticketing and displays that reflect our merchandising concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retailer.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, manage operations and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Experience with floor sets, merchandising and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Oversee floor moves, merchandising presentations, and adherence to concepts and guidelines.
• Support Store Manager on staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
