The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the MSP-BLAINE, MN store to drive merchandising, pricing accuracy, and in-store standards. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards while ensuring a customer-ready environment through effective workload planning.

You will lead a team, provide MOD coverage, execute ad sets and ship-from-store fulfillment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution and a customer-ready store.
• Lead planogram sets, visual standards and stock replenishment to meet sales goals.
• Provide MOD coverage, floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train, coach and develop team members and uphold asset protection practices.
