Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price/big box/multi-unit setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily store sales performance using available reports.
• Guide floor staff to expedite merchandise flow from receiving to selling floor.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and ensure accurate pricing.
• Oversee displays, merchandising concepts and presentations.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
