Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of retail management in off-price or big-box settings, flexible scheduling, and the ability to move up to 40 lb boxes. You will work with District/Regional teams to implement best practices and staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price, big-box, specialty or multi-unit retail.
• Ability to lead a team, develop staffing plans and deliver results.
• Experience with merchandising, floor sets, pricing, signage and display presentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide floor supervision and receiving teams to optimize merchandise flow.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and pricing accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty to lead staff and model company values.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, training and succession planning.
